Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026.

1. Who we are

Kiliotsu is an independent developer project. This policy covers kiliotsu.eu and the project pages hosted on its subdomains, including Free Game Deals.

2. Data we collect

The Kiliotsu landing page does not require an account and does not collect personal information directly. If you use the Free Game Deals dashboard and sign in with Discord, only your Discord ID, username and avatar are stored in your session to display your profile. The bot stores the Discord server and channel IDs needed to send alerts.

3. Advertising and cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Advertising cookies and similar technologies are only used after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, the AdSense script is not loaded.

Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more in Google’s advertising policy and manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing this site’s local storage or by using the consent banner again.

4. Analytics

Some Kiliotsu project pages use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use tracking cookies. This landing page does not include a tracking pixel.

5. Third-party links

Our pages link to external services such as GitHub, Ko-fi and game stores. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

6. Data retention and removal

Session data is removed when it expires or when you log out. If you remove the Free Game Deals bot from your Discord server, its guild settings are deleted during the next cleanup cycle.
